EXTERNAL CASE Hi Conchi! Today we want to share the story of Olivia, a Mastiff who changed our lives and gave meaning to our commitment to animal rescue. A few years ago, Olivia was surviving day after day on the streets, fighting alone to protect her puppies. She gave birth over the course of more than a year, in the rain and the cold, until we finally managed to rescue her along with her eight puppies. We will never forget her look full of fear, but also of immense love for those who needed it most: her children. With great patience, Olivia showed us her nobility. She became an extraordinary dog: sweet, sociable, affectionate, and able to live with any dog and with children. An association in Seville helped us find families for her puppies, but as so often happens, she kept waiting in foster care for her chance at happiness. Now Olivia is in danger of returning to the street. The association that cares for her must vacate all of its foster mothers. There are ten dogs without a home, and Olivia is among them. If we don't find help, she will once again face the loneliness and abandonment she suffered so much. Olivia was the origin of our project, and it is because of her that we named our association La Huella de Olivia (Olivia's Paw Print). She represents the hope and love we believe are possible for all animals. That is why today we are asking for help: we need a forever family for Olivia, someone who will give her the home she deserves and that she has earned after fighting so hard. We ask you to share her story. Olivia is a ten-out-of-ten dog, sociable and special, who only wants a second chance to show all the good she carries inside. CASO EXTERNO ¡Hola Conchi! Hoy queremos compartir la historia de Olivia, una mastina que cambió nuestras vidas y dio sentido a nuestro compromiso con el rescate animal. Hace unos años, Olivia sobrevivía cada día en las calles, luchando sola por proteger a sus bebés. Parió durante más de un año bajo la lluvia y el frío, hasta que por fin logramos rescatarla junto a sus ocho cachorros. Jamás olvidaremos su mirada llena de miedo, pero también de amor inmenso hacia quienes más lo necesitaban: sus hijos. Con mucha paciencia, Olivia nos demostró su nobleza. Se volvió una perra extraordinaria: dulce, sociable, cariñosa y capaz de convivir con cualquier perro y con niños. Una asociación de Sevilla nos ayudó a encontrar familia para sus bebés, pero como ocurre tantas veces, ella seguía esperando en acogida su oportunidad de ser feliz. Ahora Olivia corre peligro de volver a la calle. La asociación que la cuida debe desalojar a todas sus mamás en acogida. Son diez perras sin hogar y Olivia está entre ellas. Si no encontramos ayuda, volverá a enfrentar la soledad y el abandono que tanto sufrió. Olivia fue el origen de nuestro proyecto y por ella llamamos a nuestra asociación La Huella de Olivia. Ella representa la esperanza y el amor que creemos posible para todos los animales. Por eso, hoy pedimos ayuda: necesitamos una familia definitiva para Olivia, alguien que le dé el hogar que merece y que ella se ha ganado después de tanto luchar.
