Auf ihrer Pflegestelle kann sie das Leben im häuslichen Umfeld kennenlernen und weitere wichtige Erfahrungen sammeln. Dort kann Patricia gemeinsam mit ihrem Menschen lernen, Vertrauen aufbauen und zu einer selbstbewussten Begleiterin heranwachsen.
