Hallo, ik ben Pebbles! Mijn geboortedatum wordt geschat op 25 mei 2026. Ik ben een bang en afwachtend kattinnetje. Mensen in mijn omgeving? Die kan ik ondertussen wel verdragen, maar ik blijf nog steeds behoorlijk wantrouwig. Mijn opvangmama heeft gelukkig al wat kleine stapjes vooruit kunnen zetten. Het gaat langzaam, héél langzaam… maar elk stapje telt! Zo kan ze mij ondertussen zelfs een liksnoepje van haar vingers laten aflikken zonder dat ik haar een mep verkoop. Dat is toch al flink? 😉Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een rustig en geduldig thuis waar mijn nieuwe gezin bereid is om samen met mij verder te werken. Een gezin dat begrijpt dat ik op mijn eigen tempo moet kunnen wennen en openbloeien. Of ik ooit zal veranderen in een echte knuffelpoes? Dat kan niemand voorspellen. Maar wie weet wat er allemaal mogelijk is als ik de tijd en ruimte krijg om vertrouwen op te bouwen. Wat ik wél ontzettend fijn vind, is de nabijheid van mijn broertjes en zusjes. Ik kan er enorm van genieten om veilig dicht bij hen te liggen. Daarom zou het fantastisch zijn als ik samen met één van hen mag verhuizen naar mijn gouden mandje. Een hond? Nee, dank je! Mijn opvanggezin heeft een hond en zodra ik die zie of hoor aankomen, haast ik me meteen naar het hoogste plekje in de kamer. Een hondenmaatje is dus absoluut niets voor mij. Ook met kinderen zou het eventueel kunnen lukken, op voorwaarde dat het kinderen zijn die begrijpen dat ik tijd nodig heb. Ze moeten mij rustig en voorzichtig benaderen en mijn grenzen respecteren. Want als iemand toch over mijn grenzen gaat, laat ik duidelijk merken dat ik daar niet van gediend ben… en dan kan er al eens een serieuze mep volgen. Mijn eerste drie maanden heb ik buiten doorgebracht. Daarom zou ik het fantastisch vinden als ik in mijn nieuwe thuis op termijn veilig naar buiten kan. Ben jij iemand die geduld heeft, mijn vertrouwen rustig wil opbouwen en mij de tijd geeft om helemaal mezelf te worden? Dan maak ik misschien wel heel graag kennis met jou.
