Penelope was rescued by firefighters and police from a balcony where she had been trapped for nearly two weeks. The shelter was alerted, and together with the neighbors they reported her to the police every day. Eventually she was rescued and taken in by the shelter. She was very frightened when she was rescued. That is why she initially seems to have a stronger character, but as she gets to know people and other animals, her temperament becomes milder. She is very affectionate and sweet with people. She lives in her foster home with two children and three cats. She is not very playful; she is rather calm. She enjoys eating. The adoption fee includes vaccinations, microchip, rabies, European passport, sterilization / castration (unless explicitly stated otherwise under characteristics), FIV & FelV test (negative, unless otherwise stated under Bio), travel to the Netherlands, and mandatory administrative procedures including import. Penelope werd door brandweerlieden en politie gered van een balkon waar ze bijna twee weken vast had gezeten. Het asiel werd gealarmeerd en samen met de buren meldden ze haar elke dag bij de politie. Uiteindelijk werd ze gered en is ze opgenomen in het asiel. Ze was erg bang toen ze werd gered. Daarom lijkt ze in eerste instantie een sterker karakter te hebben, maar naarmate ze mensen en andere dieren leert kennen, wordt haar temperament milder. Ze is erg aanhankelijk en lief voor mensen. Ze woont in haar pleeggezin met twee kinderen en drie katten. Ze is niet erg speels; ze is eerder rustig. Ze eet graag.
