Pepper, born approximately January 2023, shoulder height approximately 55 cm, in the shelter since April 2023. Pepper is one of 20 puppies found abandoned. The puppies were initially cared for by a private individual in Valcea until they were vaccinated, but then had to move to the shelter because there was no other long-term solution. Pepper has since grown into a beautiful young male and unfortunately has never received an inquiry. He is an exceptionally friendly and funny dog. Initially, he is a bit shy, but he likes to be close to people. As soon as he feels he can trust them, he adores them and would love to crawl into them. He is also very friendly and outgoing with other dogs. He walks well on a leash and is eager to experience the world. Currently located in Romania and allowed to travel if a home is found. Travels with a microchip and vaccinated (EU vaccination passport; vaccinations: rabies and basic vaccination). All dogs are treated for intestinal parasites and ectoparasites at their arrival in the shelter and at least once a year thereafter. The described behavioral observations are based on everyday life in the shelter and may be different in a domestic environment under changed living conditions. 05/2025 Pepper, geboren ca. 01/2023, Schulterhöhe ca. 55 cm, im Shelter seit 04/2023 Pepper ist einer von 20 Welpen, die ausgesetzt gefunden wurden. Bis zur Grundimmunisierung kamen die Welpen bei einer Privatperson in Valcea unter, mussten danach aber ins Shelter umziehen weil es keine andere langfristige Lösung gab. Mittlerweile ist Pepper zu einem schönen jungen Rüden herangewachsen und hatte leider noch nie eine Anfrage. Er ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und lustiger Vierbeiner. Anfänglich ist er etwas schüchtern, dennoch sucht er gerne die Nähe von Menschen. Sobald er das Gefühl hat, diesen vertrauen zu können, himmelt er sie regelrecht an und würde am liebsten in sie hineinkriechen. Im Zusammenleben mit anderen Hunden erweist er sich ebenfalls als sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Er geht schon gut an der Leine und hat Lust, die Welt zu erleben. Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn er ein Zuhause gefunden hat. Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung). Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt. Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
