Pepper est arrivée au refuge à la suite d'une enquête maltraitance. Elle vivait enfermée dans un garage dans la pénombre et n'était pas suffisamment alimentée. C'est une chienne très craintive de l'humain pour le moment. Elle aura besoin d'une famille très douce et patiente. Elle devra idéalement vivre en maison avec jardin car elle n'est quasiment jamais sortie en promenade et aura besoin d'un temps d'adaptation pour sortir en toute sécurité. Ses ententes avec les autres animaux sont en cours de test.
