We received a kitten named Perla and her two kittens on February 27, 2025, from the owner. Perla has a full belly of tumors. It is likely that the owner regularly administered contraception to Perla, and because of this, Perla has several tumors on her mammary glands. These are just the ones we can see. How many does she have inside her body? The cat needs surgery. Removing the tumors is always risky. And unfortunately, the battle with cancer may not end there… Perla was moved to temporary care after the operation. This type of tumor is most often malignant, as Dr. Ivča recommended the operation as soon as possible. Without it, she could die very soon. During the pre-operative examination, Dr. Ivča discovered that Perlička has anemia. Contraception not only caused tumors but also completely ruined her blood. Thanks to top-notch care, Perlička managed the operation and is recovering in temporary care, where she must take appropriate medication. Now, however, the battle with her other problems begins, and unfortunately, there are not few. We don't understand how such a weak and destroyed animal was able to bring kittens into the world and raise them. Shrek and Fiona are at least ten months old, had been neutered, and were moved to temporary care, from where they will look for their homes. Perla was seen by an eye specialist. As the next step, Perla went to an eye specialist. It turned out that in addition to early cataracts in both eyes, she has increased intraocular pressure in one and also a detached pupil, which does whatever it wants. She received drops from the doctor that she will have to apply very carefully into the eye, and she will need to come back for a check-up almost three months later. Shrek and Fiona are getting along well in temporary care in Zlín. They will soon be looking for their homes. Perla hledá domov The feline queen Perla is searching for her dream loving home. Perlička has not had an easy life, and now all she longs for is safety and love. She is incredibly grateful and affectionate. She allows people to do anything with her if she senses that they like her. In a household, Perla is completely undemanding. Most of the time, she is a charming decoration and quietly sleeps. Sometimes she plays a little, cuddles, eats something good, and then goes back to sleep. If you are similarly calm, enjoy lounging, and are looking for a partner for watching movies or reading books, you will get along well with Perla. Perla gets along differently with other cats; some like her and others don't. She would probably prefer to be a single pet and have the whole apartment to herself. Od majitele jsme přijali kočičku Perlu a její dvě koťátka dne 27. 2. 2025. Shrek a Fiona hledají nové domovy. Perla Fiona Shrek Shrek a Fiona si užívají dočasnou péči na Zlínsku, ale hledají opravdový domov. Zdravotní problémy různého charakteru nás přiměly k tomu, že Perla zůstane do konce svých dní v dočasné péči – stala se tzv. trvalkou. Dále jí můžete podporovat prostřednictvím virtuální adopce. Díky špičkové péči Perlička operaci zvládla a zotavuje se v dočasné péči, kde musí brát patřičné léky. Teď ale začne boj s jejími ostatními problémy, kterých bohužel není málo. Nechápeme, jak tak slabé a zničené zvířátko dokázalo přivést na svět koťátka a ta vychovat. Shrek a Fiona jsou po kastraci Perliným dětem je nejméně 10 měsíců, podstoupili kastraci a přesunou se do dočasné péče, odkud budou hledat své domovy. Perla byla u očního specialisty Jako další krok vyjela tedy Perla k očnímu specialistovi. Ukázalo se, že kromě počínajícího šedého zákalu v obou očích má v jednom zvýšený nitrolebeční tlak a taky utrženou zorničku, která si dělá doslova co se jí zachce. Dostala od pana doktora kapičky, které bude muset velice poctivě kapat do očka a na kontrolu má přijít až téměř za tři měsíce.
