In April, the Food and Veterinary Service confiscated 27 cats from an apartment in Riga that had been living in their own waste for a long time. The animals belonged to a breeder who was once officially registered and seemingly responsible, but something had changed over the years - the living conditions provided for the animals had become catastrophic, and their number had become abnormal. Dead animals were also found in the apartment - dogs, ornamental birds... The British breed cat Pērle is a real scoundrel - both in behavior and because she has a slight squint. She is mischievous, playful and active. She willingly lets herself be caressed, but taking her on your lap - that doesn't really suit her. Pērle can go home as the second cat in the family.

Aprīlī no kāda dzīvokļa Rīgā Pārtikas un veterinārais dienests konfiscēja 27 kaķus, kuri ilgstoši bija dzīvojuši paši savos mēslos. Dzīvnieki piederēja kādai savulaik oficiāli reģistrētai un it kā atbildīgai audzētājai, taču pēdējos gados kaut kas bija mainījies – dzīvniekiem nodrošinātie dzīves apstākļi bija kļuvuši katastrofāli, turklāt to skaits kļuvis anormāls. Dzīvoklī tika atrasti arī miruši kustoņi – suņi, dekoratīvie putni… Britu šķirnes kaķenīte Pērle ir īsta šķelme – gan uzvedībā, gan tāpēc, ka mazlietiņ šķielē. Viņa ir draiska, rotaļīga un aktīva. Labprāt ļausies apmīļošanai, taču klēpī ņemt sevi – tas īsti nepatīk. Pērle var doties uz mājām arī kā otrais kaķis ģimenē.
