Phillip, born approximately January 2021, neutered, approximately 40-45 cm shoulder height, at the shelter since 2022. Phillip was rescued by Maria several years ago and is still with her at the shelter, without ever receiving a request. When the cute little guy arrived there, he went forward out of fear to keep his distance. In the meantime, however, he has learned that nobody does him any harm and he is noticeably curious about people. Nevertheless, he is a reserved dog who, despite his interest, always maintains a safety distance, so his future family must have a lot of patience and the willingness to accept him as he is. An already existing, confident dog would help him with the introduction. Phillip is generally very tolerant of his own kind and has no interest in disputes. Currently located in Romania and allowed to leave if a home is found. Travels chipped and vaccinated (EU vaccination passport; vaccinations: rabies and basic immunization). All dogs are treated against intestinal parasites and ectoparasites at their arrival at the shelter and at least once a year thereafter. The described behavioral observations are based on everyday life at the shelter and may be different in a domestic environment under changed living conditions. 05/2025 Phillip, geboren ca. 01/2021, kastriert, ca. 40-45 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 2022 Phillip wurde vor mehreren Jahren von Maria gerettet und befindet sich noch immer bei ihr im Shelter, ohne je eine Anfrage bekommen zu haben. Als der niedliche kleine Kerl dort ankam, ging er aus Angst nach vorne, um sich Abstand zu verschaffen. In der Zwischenzeit hat er aber gelernt, dass ihm keiner mehr etwas tut und er wird merklich neugierig auf Menschen. Dennoch ist er ein zurückhaltender Hund, der trotz seines Interesses stets einen Sicherheitsabstand einhält, seine zukünftige Familie muss also viel Geduld und die Bereitschaft mitbringen, ihn so zu nehmen wie er ist. Ein bereits vorhandener, souveräner Hund würde ihm bei der Eingewöhnung helfen. Phillip ist mit Artgenossen generell sehr verträglich und hat kein Interesse an Streitigkeiten. Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn er ein Zuhause gefunden hat. Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung). Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt. Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
