PhÖNix is a proud dog with deep, longing eyes who has mostly observed the world from a safe distance. The proximity of people still unsettles him, and he often shows caution when dealing with fellow animals. His life has been long marked by restraint. But behind this caution lies a sensitive dog who yearns for security, peace, and a primary caregiver who shows him that proximity can also be beautiful. With patience, understanding, and loving guidance, PhÖNix can learn to trust—and he will return that trust with great loyalty and deep devotion. He currently shares his kennel with another dog. PhÖNix has already built trust with his caregiver in Romania and made progress in small steps. This shows that he has a lot of potential if given the time he needs. This development gives hope that his future primary caregiver can also win his heart. PhÖNix is approximately 5 to 6 years old and measures about 55 cm shoulder height. With his sleek fur and floppy ears, he looks a little like a mix between a wolf and a teddy bear. It is likely that he has elements of a herding or herdschutz dog in him. His future family should be familiar with the possible breed-specific traits and be able to offer him a suitable environment. For PhÖNix, we wish for very experienced, nature-connected people who live a quiet life—ideally in rural surroundings with their own garden. He is not a beginner dog and needs a home where he can arrive without pressure. Expectations should not play a role at first—much more important are time, patience, and a big heart for a sensitive dog. We do not currently see children in his future home. In the early stages, it will mainly be about conveying security to him and gradually building trust. At a later point, positive dog training classes or an experienced trainer can help gently guide his further development. Phönix ist ein stolzer Hund mit tiefen, sehnsüchtigen Augen, der die Welt bisher meist aus sicherer Entfernung beobachtet hat. Die Nähe von Menschen verunsichert ihn noch, und auch im Umgang mit Artgenossen zeigt er sich oft vorsichtig. Sein Leben war lange von Zurückhaltung geprägt. Doch hinter dieser Vorsicht steckt ein sensibler Hund, der sich nach Sicherheit, Ruhe und einer Bezugsperson sehnt, die ihm zeigt, dass Nähe auch etwas Schönes sein kann. Mit Geduld, Verständnis und liebevoller Führung kann Phönix lernen zu vertrauen – und dieses Vertrauen wird er seiner Bezugsperson mit großer Loyalität und tiefer Verbundenheit zurückgeben. Seinen Zwinger teilt er sich aktuell mit einem anderen Hund. Zu seinem Pfleger in Rumänien hat Phönix bereits Vertrauen aufgebaut und in kleinen Schritten Fortschritte gemacht. Das zeigt, dass in ihm viel Potenzial steckt, wenn man ihm die Zeit lässt, die er braucht. Diese Entwicklung gibt Hoffnung, dass auch seine zukünftige Bezugsperson sein Herz erreichen kann. Phönix ist etwa 5 bis 6 Jahre alt und misst ungefähr 55 cm Schulterhöhe. Mit seinem gestromten Fell und den weichen Schlappohren erinnert er optisch ein wenig an eine Mischung aus Wolf und Teddybär. Es ist gut möglich, dass in ihm Anteile eines Hüte- oder Herdenschutzhundes stecken. Seine zukünftige Familie sollte sich daher mit den möglichen rassetypischen Eigenschaften auseinandergesetzt haben und ihm ein passendes Umfeld bieten können. Für Phönix wünschen wir uns sehr erfahrene, naturverbundene Menschen, die ruhig leben – idealerweise in ländlicher Umgebung mit eigenem Garten. Er ist kein Anfängerhund und braucht ein Zuhause, in dem er ohne Druck ankommen darf. Erwartungen sollten zunächst keine Rolle spielen – viel wichtiger sind Zeit, Geduld und ein großes Herz für einen sensiblen Hund. Kinder sehen wir aktuell nicht in seinem zukünftigen Zuhause. Gerade in der ersten Zeit wird es vor allem darum gehen, ihm Sicherheit zu vermitteln und langsam Vertrauen aufzubauen. Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt kann eine positiv arbeitende Hundeschule oder ein erfahrener Hundetrainer dabei unterstützen, seine weitere Entwicklung behutsam zu begleiten. Phönix reist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht in sein neues Zuhause. Er wird nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr vermittelt.
