Pitou is a sweet senior lady looking for a quiet, warm home where she can be herself. She was given up because her owners moved and she was very scared of the existing dog. Therefore, we are looking for a home without dogs for Pitou, where she can feel safe and comfortable. Due to her age, Pitou enjoys a calm environment the most. She would be happiest in a family without young children and without other cats, so she can fully enjoy the peace and attention she deserves. Pitou has early-stage chronic kidney insufficiency, which means she needs a special diet. With the right care and food, she can still live well. She likes to ask for attention herself and then visibly enjoys soft cuddle moments. However, Pitou is also a lady who clearly indicates when enough is enough. Sometimes she can scratch, something we are currently working on with her. Therefore, we are looking for someone who understands and respects her signals. Pitou is een lieve senior dame die op zoek is naar een rustig, warm thuis waar ze helemaal zichzelf kan zijn. Er werd afstand van haar gedaan omdat haar eigenaars verhuisden en ze erg bang was van de aanwezige hond. Daarom zoeken we voor Pitou een thuis zonder honden, waar ze zich veilig en op haar gemak kan voelen. Door haar leeftijd geniet Pitou het meest van een kalme omgeving. Ze zou het gelukkigst zijn in een gezin zonder jonge kindjes en zonder andere katten, zodat ze volop kan genieten van de rust en de aandacht die ze verdient. Pitou heeft beginnende nierproblemen (chronische nierinsufficiëntie in een vroeg stadium), waardoor ze aangepaste voeding nodig heeft. Met de juiste zorg en voeding kan ze hier nog mooi mee leven.
