Pocho

Mixed Breed · Male · Kitten · 5 months

Pocho is a gorgeous black-and-white kitten with a very distinctive little face. 🖤🤍 He was rescued from the Artola Alta area along with his siblings, Monti, Julito and Juez, and is now waiting to find a family of his own. Pocho has a little black mark beside his nose that looks just like a tiny moustache, giving him an especially charming appearance. But it’s not just his unique looks that make him special; he also has a wonderful personality. He is affectionate and sociable, loves being stroked and is perfectly happy to be picked up and cuddled. He gets along very well with the other cats in his room and interacts with them naturally. He enjoys feline company as well as spending time with people who give him attention and affection. All Pocho needs now is a family who will fall in love with his quirky little moustache and, above all, his lovely character. He is ready to fill a home with affection, purrs and happy moments. 🐾 Would you like to meet Pocho and give him the chance to be happy? 🏡❤️ 🏡 To ensure his safety, windows and terraces must have suitable protective measures installed before adoption. 📩 📸

About Pocho

What life with Pocho looks like

Pocho is a small kitten mixed breed cat waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇪🇸Adopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee. Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Pocho, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Pocho?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Pocho on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Pocho if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Pocho already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Pocho isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Pocho and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
