Additional information: short-haired, vaccinated, spayed. Podziņa, approximately three years old, is a classic black and white cat, currently the most common color in our shelter. She seems to be aware of this and therefore does not stand out. Instead, she keeps to the sidelines, calmly observes what is happening and seems to think: "Well... if no one is looking for me, I'll wait patiently" ???? Podziņa is shy and calm. She is not the type of cat that will rush to meet new people and loudly announce her presence. However, often it is these quiet and cautious cats that, once in the right hands, gradually open up and reveal their personality, becoming wonderful, loyal and very special four-legged friends. Podziņa needs only a person who is willing to notice her. A person who does not rush, gives her time and the opportunity to feel safe. Because behind this shy black and white coat may hide a very bright personality that just has not had the chance to show it yet. Podziņa may not be the loudest cat in the shelter. Izskatās, ka viņa to nojauš un tāpēc īpaši priekšplānā neizvirzās. Drīzāk turas maliņā, mierīgi vēro notiekošo un, šķiet, domā: “Nu, labi… ja jau neviens īpaši nemeklē, pacietīgi gaidīšu mailņā” ???? Podziņa ir kautrīga un mierīga. Viņa nav tā mince, kura pirmā steigsies iepazīties un skaļi paziņos par savu klātbūtni. Taču bieži vien tieši šādi klusie un piesardzīgie kaķi, nonākot īstajās rokās, pamazām atveras un atklāj savu personību, kļūstot par brīnišķīgiem, uzticīgiem un ļoti īpašiem četrkājainajiem draugiem. Podziņai vajadzīgs tikai cilvēks, kurš būs gatavs viņu pamanīt. Cilvēks, kurš nesteidzinās, dos laiku un iespēju justies droši. Jo varbūt aiz šī kautrīgā melnbaltā kažociņa slēpjas ļoti spilgta personība, kurai vienkārši vēl nav bijusi iespēja to parādīt. Varbūt Podziņa nav skaļākā kaķene patversmē.
