"Pogo" is a beautiful Belgian Malinois, lively and full of energy, who needs the attention of his contact person to guide him. Very dynamic, he would be ideal for active owners ready to offer him the outings and activities he needs on a daily basis. "Pogo" gets along rather well with other female animals of the same species, but not with males. He is a very kind and affectionate dog, but he still has to learn to manage his emotions. His future adopter will have to be ready to invest in his socialization. To help him progress, sessions with a canine educator are strongly recommended after adoption. He tends to pull on the leash, so learning to walk on a leash will be necessary for calmer walks. A ground-floor house with a garden would be more suitable because "Pogo" suffers from back pain and will not be able to climb stairs. "Pogo" does not like cats, so it is preferable that there are none in his future home. If children are present, they must be older than 12 years. A lover of the breed, experienced with dogs and familiar with the specific needs of a Belgian Malinois would be the ideal adopter for "Pogo".
