The small POLDI, approximately 40 cm, around 3 years old, also ended up in the city shelter with the dog trap. The current situation overpowers him greatly. He is friendly, but hand-shy, despite being curious and unsure of how to react to the situation. In the enclosure, he gets along well with the fellow animals. We believe that in a home environment, possibly with a confident second dog, POLDI will quickly adapt and learn everything a "well-off dog" should be able to do. Here in everyday stress, he will remain cautious and stressed. He should be taken out as soon as possible to lower his stress level, and then nothing will stand in the way of a wonderful dog life. Who can help him? Who will reach out and take him in? POLDI will be dewormed, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas, and will leave for Romania with an EU passport. … and rehomed with V. Der kleine POLDI, ca. 40 cm, um 3 Jahre alt, ist auch mit dem Hundefänger ins städtische Shelter gekommen. Die aktuelle Situation überfordert ihn sehr. Er ist freundlich, aber handscheu, trotzdem neugierig und weiß nicht so recht was er von der Situation halten soll. Im Zwinger kommt er gut mit den Artgenossen zurecht. Wir denken in häuslicher Umgebung, evtl. mit souveränem Zweithund, wird POLDI sich schnell anschliessen und alles lernen was man als “Wohlstandshund” so können sollte. Hier im Alltagsstress wird er weiterhin vorsichig und gestresst sein. Er sollte schnellstmöglich ausreisen, um seinen Stresslevel zu senken und dann steht dem tollen Hundeleben nichts mehr im Wege. Wer kann ihm helfen??? Wer reicht ihm die Hand und holt ihn da raus??? POLDI wird Rumänien mehrfach entwurmt, geimpft, kastriert, gechipt, entfloht und mit EU-Pass verlassen. …..und mit Vorkontrolle und Vertrag gegen eine Schutzgebühr über die TNH Casa Katharina e.V. vermittelt. Alle unsere Hunde kommen in 91278 Pottenstein an und möchten auch hier abgeholt werden.
