Poppy – gentle soul looking for her guide 💛 Poppy is a soft, sweet-natured young girl currently in foster near Fleet, where she’s living happily alongside 5 other dogs. Poppy will grow to around 16-18 kg when fully grown, she also has a slightly wavy coat & doesn’t seem to moult much at the moment. her whiskers are also wavy🐶 She’s a gentle little soul who is still finding her confidence in the big wide world. New experiences can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but once Poppy feels safe, her lovely nature really shines through. One thing that makes a huge difference for her is having another dog around. She takes great comfort from them and will often look to them for reassurance — it’s been key to helping her settle and start to blossom 🌸 🐾 What Poppy needs:• A calm, understanding home• Patient adopters who will let her go at her own pace• A confident, friendly resident dog to guide and reassure her• A quieter environment where she can build confidence steadily 🩺 Health & DocumentationPoppy will arrive fully vaccinated and with comprehensive health checks, including:• A Uranotest Quattro (Leishmania infantum, Ehrlichia canis, Anaplasma, and Dirofilaria immitis antigen)• A test for Canine Brucellosis• Her own Portuguese passport Poppy just needs someone to show her the world is a safe place — and in return, you’ll gain a truly special companion 🐾💕 Most of our dogs have been found abandoned as young pups, discarded as unwanted litters, as is often the case in Portugal where neutering is not as common as in the UK.
