Primavera arrived at our shelter on June 15, 2024. Since then, she has shown herself to be a cat that does not tolerate close human presence. She prefers to keep her distance and will flee immediately if someone tries to approach closer than she deems safe. She is not an aggressive cat; she simply needs time, space, and a lot of patience. Her behavior suggests that she may eventually socialize, but only on her own terms and at her own pace, without forcing contact. With the right person—someone calm, understanding, and willing to accompany her process—she might progress and gain confidence, though for now, she remains a cat who feels more comfortable observing from a distance. Primavera is ideal for adopters who understand that each animal has its own time and are willing to offer her a home where she can live without pressure and on her own terms, with the possibility of taking small steps toward cohabitation over time.
