Hello, my name is Princess, and I was handed in to Raystede after being found as a stray. As such, not much is known about my previous life. My age is an estimate, and I certainly don’t let that big number hold me back! I’d love to find my purrfect retirement home for my golden years. My personality: I’m a lovely, friendly girl who adores the company of humans, getting plenty of fuss from everyone I meet. I’m very chatty and have a splendid loud purr! I will make a wonderful companion for someone who is home a lot and wants to give me all the attention and lap cuddles I desire. I still love to play, so don’t let my age fool you! I’m an active and inquisitive lady and I’ve won the hearts of everyone in the Cattery. Children: Due to my age, I’d like a calm home with adults, but I could also live in a family home with sensible teenagers. Other animals: I will need to be the only pet in my new home, as I dislike other cats, and I have not met dogs. Additional needs: I would like a safe garden to call my own, away from busy roads. As a stray, I may have a tendency to wander and hunt but this is not guaranteed. I am a golden oldie after all and prefer the quiet life, so a nice sunny spot for me to enjoy would be purrfect! I have an overactive thyroid so am on life-long medication to manage this. I’m a very good girl at taking it as it just goes into my wet food. My adopters will need to take me for regular vet check-ups to ensure my hyperthyroidism is under control. Can you offer me the loving home I deserve? Love Princess xxx
