He eagerly awaits visits and brays as soon as he sees the car arrive. He is very greedy, sniffing pockets to see if there's an apple. However, he is still a bit timid and requires very gentle and calm handling. Québec will need a present family that can dedicate time to him. Suite au manque de soin pour ses pieds, il garde une petite boîterie qui, malgré le temps, persiste et risque de durer. Ça ne l'empêche pas de courir. Ses pieds à l'arrière sont bien remis et redevenus normaux. Pour les antérieurs, c'est plus compliqué. Ses sabots étaient tellement longs que ses ligaments et tendons ont été retirés. Il devra avoir un suivi assidu avec grand maximum 6 semaines entre chaque parage. Moins de temps serait un plus. Avec une famille attentive et engagée, Québec pourra continuer à évoluer dans de bonnes conditions et offrir toute son affection.
