Ralle

Male · Young · 2 years

Ralle is approximately two years old and has already experienced how little some people value a dog. He was rescued by a dog-loving person who was able to prevent Ralle from being simply abandoned. Now he is eagerly waiting for people who will allow him to arrive and not leave him in the lurch. Ralle is friendly and open to people. He wants people who work with him and give him clear, loving guidance. Unfortunately, Ralle does not get along with other dogs and therefore wants to live as a single dog. Whether he is compatible with cats has not been tested so far. The handsome male probably still needs to learn to live in a household. Probably things like leash training or house training are still new to him. Ralle needs people who are willing to accompany him in his life with love, patience and consistency. We wish for Ralle a home with dog-experienced people who give him enough time to settle in. A home with a securely fenced garden would be desirable. However, what is more important are people who take responsibility and are willing to go through life with him. Ralle immediately catches the eye with his great appearance. His short, black-brown fur, his attentively raised ears and his alert gaze give him an expressive and elegant appearance. His athletic figure shows that he loves movement and wants to be an active companion for shared adventures. Ralle strongly resembles a German Shepherd or a Shepherd-Mix. This is supported by his striking fur pattern, his raised ears and his athletic build. Shepherds are considered intelligent, eager to learn and loyal dogs that want to build a close bond with their humans. At the same time, they need consistent upbringing, sufficient occupation and people who understand their needs. Ralle travels neutered, chipped, vaccinated, dewormed and dewormed with a valid EU pet passport. Who gives Ralle his new beginning? He longs so much to find his people. This dog will be placed through the Verein Ein Herz für Streuner e. V. The double listing on both club sides and possibly on advertising portals serves to increase his visibility and thus find the right home for him faster. There is a close exchange with the club. Every inquiry for the dog is directly discussed and forwarded. Attention: We do not place our dogs in Vienna city center! We will take care of the processing as soon as possible!

DE·Show original

About Ralle

What life with Ralle looks like

Ralle is a young adult dog waiting at Arme Hundeseelen in Năsăud.

An young adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

Frequently asked

Adopting Ralle, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Ralle?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Arme Hundeseelen handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Ralle on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Ralle if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Arme Hundeseelen will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Ralle already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Ralle isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Arme Hundeseelen early rather than rehoming privately; they know Ralle and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
