Ravi was found with his mother and siblings on the access road to a wooded area, exactly where our team regularly maintains feeding stations. The small family had no shelter and would have been exposed to the coming weather conditions. Therefore, Ravi and his family were taken in and now live safely at one of our foster homes. Ravi is open, curious and friendly there. After a short orientation, he begins to explore his surroundings and play with the other dogs. He quickly processes new impressions, so he fits well into everyday life. Since Ravi has lived on the street so far, he is not familiar with life in a household. Topics such as house training, leash guidance, orientation to humans, impulse control and a calm approach to environmental stimuli must be built up step by step. With clear guidance, calmness and a good dog school, he will develop well. After a positive preliminary inspection, Ravi may be vaccinated, dewormed, de-loused and travel with an EU pet passport for a deposit of 495 euros. Note: Some older photos show bare spots in the fur, which are due to a past mange disease of the puppies. This has been successfully treated, the fur usually grows completely and without lasting damage.

Ravi wurde gemeinsam mit seiner Mutter und seinen Geschwistern an der Zufahrtsstraße zu einem Waldgebiet gefunden, genau dort, wo unser Team regelmäßig Futterstellen betreut. Die kleine Familie hatte keinen Schutz und wäre den kommenden Witterungen schutzlos ausgeliefert gewesen. Deshalb wurde Ravi samt Mutter und Geschwistern aufgenommen und lebt nun sicher auf einer unserer Pflegestellen. Ravi zeigt sich dort aufgeschlossen, neugierig und freundlich. Nach kurzer Orientierung beginnt er, seine Umgebung zu erkunden und mit den anderen Hunden zu spielen. Neue Eindrücke verarbeitet er schnell, sodass er sich gut in den Alltag einfügt. Da Ravi bislang auf der Straße gelebt hat, kennt er das Leben in einem Haushalt noch nicht. Themen wie Stubenreinheit, Leinenführung, Orientierung am Menschen, Impulskontrolle und ein ruhiger Umgang mit Umweltreizen müssen Schritt für Schritt aufgebaut werden. Mit klarer Anleitung, Ruhe und einer guten Hundeschule wird er sich gut entwickeln können. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle darf Ravi gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 495 Euro geimpft, entwurmt, entfloht und mit EU-Heimtierausweis ausreisen. Hinweis: Auf einigen älteren Fotos sind kahle Stellen im Fell zu sehen, die auf eine vergangene Räudeerkrankung der Welpen zurückzuführen sind. Diese ist inzwischen erfolgreich behandelt, das Fell wächst in der Regel vollständig und ohne bleibende Schäden nach.
