Adopt Raza i Ron

Female · Young · 1 year

Raza i Ron are looking for responsible caregivers! Raza i Ron are siblings around 4-5 years old who came to us from difficult conditions. They are sensitive dogs who do not immediately trust humans and need time to feel safe. They can walk on a leash, but still require further socialization. Both will need educational work, patience, and consistency from a caregiver who consciously approaches building the relationship step by step. For Razy, we are looking for a home with another stable dog - the presence of a canine companion greatly helps her gain confidence. We are looking for calm, understanding caregivers, ready to give them time and support, which they really need. REQUIRED INTRODUCTORY WALKS WITH ADOPTION PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LEASH, COLLAR AND ANTI-FLEA COLLAR The description is written based on observations of the dogs in the animal shelter. Raza i Ron are under the care of OTOZ Animals animal shelter in Tczew. Shelter registration number: Breed 354/22 Ron 351/22 Puppies are vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and spayed/neutered.

About Raza i Ron

What life with Raza i Ron looks like

Raza i Ron is a medium-sized young adult dog waiting at OTOZ Animals — Schronisko w Tczewie in Poland.

An young adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Raza i Ron, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Raza i Ron?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. OTOZ Animals — Schronisko w Tczewie handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Raza i Ron on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Raza i Ron if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — OTOZ Animals — Schronisko w Tczewie will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Raza i Ron already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Raza i Ron isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with OTOZ Animals — Schronisko w Tczewie early rather than rehoming privately; they know Raza i Ron and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
