Robin spent much of his life chained up and lived in very poor conditions. His incisors in particular are heavily worn down and almost completely abraded, presumably from eating stones. He also has healed tears in both ears, and we can only speculate about where they came from. Robin is now safe and has been able to recover well, both physically and mentally. The approximately 8-year-old male is a trusting, open dog who enjoys human closeness and actively seeks it out. He has a high need for movement and tackles new tasks with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. He mastered his first attempts at walking on a leash and harness with confidence. Robin is friendly and sociable: he gets along very well with people and other dogs and communicates appropriately. He is also open and friendly with children. Compatibility with cats has been tested and was likewise positive. Robin needs an experienced home that will approach him with patience and composure. Despite his positive development in foster care, his new people must be aware that he has experienced a great deal and has a difficult past behind him. Following a positive pre-adoption check and in exchange for a protection fee of 300 euros, Robin may set off to his new home vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and with his own EU pet passport.

Robin wurde lange Zeit seines Lebens an einer Kette gehalten und lebte unter sehr schlechten Bedingungen. Besonders seine Schneidezähne sind stark abgenutzt und fast vollständig abgerieben – vermutlich durch das Fressen von Steinen. Zudem hat er an beiden Ohren abgeheilte Risse, wir können nur mutmaßen, woher er diese hat. Robin lebt inzwischen in Sicherheit und konnte sich sowohl körperlich als auch mental gut erholen. Der etwa 8 Jahre alte Rüde zeigt sich als zutraulicher, offener Hund, der die Nähe von Menschen genießt und aktiv sucht. Er hat einen hohen Bewegungsdrang und stellt sich mit Begeisterung und Lernwillen neuen Aufgaben. Erste Versuche an Leine und Geschirr hat er souverän gemeistert. Robin ist freundlich und sozial – sowohl mit Menschen als auch mit anderen Hunden kommt er bestens zurecht und kommuniziert angemessen. Auch im Kontakt mit Kindern zeigt er sich offen und freundlich. Katzenverträglichkeit wurde getestet und fiel ebenfalls positiv aus. Robin benötigt ein erfahrenes Zuhause, das ihm mit Geduld und Souveränität begegnet. Trotz seiner positiven Entwicklung auf der Pflegestelle müssen seine neuen Menschen sich bewusst sein, dass er viel erlebt und eine schwere Vergangenheit hinter sich hat. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 300 Euro darf sich Robin geimpft, entwurmt, gechippt und mit eigenem EU-Ausweis auf den Weg zu Ihnen machen.
