Rocky was rehomed in the Bodensee area until recently, but had to make way for a puppy. Originally from France, he is an attached, eager, cheerful, and playful male dog. Given some time and space, he seeks contact on his own and, once he has gained trust, he is very open, charming, and in need of support. In general, he has a very affectionate connection with women. Rocky is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and can also be left alone occasionally. He masters the basic commands, is well-mannered, and has a solid basic education. What he doesn't particularly like is being touched by strangers. In an exception, he can sometimes dart away to create space for himself. Rocky gets along well with fellow animals, enjoys swimming, loves car rides, and adores long walks. Rocky needs dog-experienced people, preferably without children, who can confidently lead him, show him a lot of love and patience, and take into account his needs, especially at the beginning, to get to know him. He would also be happy to be paired with a confident and calm female dog. Rocky has a chip, a passport, and all his vaccinations are up to date (R+DHPPI+Lepto). His teeth were cleaned, and he is not neutered. Rocky currently lives on a foster home in Karlsruhe, about 2 hours away from Basel, and will be rehomed to suitable and loving hands against an expense contribution. Rocky war bis vor Kurzem im Raum Bodensee vermittelt, musste aber einem Welpe weichen. Ursprünglich stammt er aus Frankreich. Er ist ein anhänglicher, gelehriger, fröhlicher und lustiger Rüde. Gibt man ihm etwas Zeit und Raum, sucht er von alleine den Kontakt und sobald er Vertrauen gefasst hat, ist er sehr aufgeschlossen, charmant und anlehnungsbedürftig. Zu Frauen hat er generell sehr schnell einen sehr liebevollen Draht. Rocky ist stubenrein, läuft gut an der Leine und kann zwischendurch auch mal alleine bleiben. Er beherrscht die Grundkommandos, ist artig und hat eine solide Grunderziehung. Was er nicht besonders mag, ist von fremden Menschen angefasst zu werden. Da kann er im Ausnahmefall auch mal wegschnappen, um sich Raum zu schaffen. Rocky versteht sich gut mit Artgenossen, schwimmt gerne, fährt gerne Auto und liebt ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Rocky braucht hundeerfahrene Menschen, am liebsten ohne Kinder, die ihn souverän führen können, ihm viel Liebe und Geduld entgegenbringen, auf seine Bedürfnisse eingehen und vor allem am Anfang auch Zeit einplanen um ihn kennenzulernen. Gerne auch zu einer souveränen und ruhigen Hündin. Rocky hat einen Chip, einen Pass und seine Impfungen sind alle auf dem neusten Stand, (R+DHPPI+Lepto). Seine Zähne wurden gereinigt, er ist nicht kastriert. Rocky lebt zur Zeit auf einer Pflegestelle bei Karlsruhe, etwa 2 Stunden Fahrt von Basel entfernt und wird gegen einen Unkostenbeitrag in passende und liebevolle Hände vermittelt.
