About Rosie – Scared and Sweet

Rosie finds the world pretty frightening, but her confidence is growing every day. She came into our care, and each day, she gets braver and braver, and we notice just how brave she is, when she meets a new doggie friend who tells her ‘its ok, – you can have fun’ We dont think Rosie will get any braver whilst being here in kennels, and so feel she needs to now find that special home where they understand her fears, and will slowly but positively help her to realise – the world isn’t that frightening after all. We are looking for a new home, where there is a resident friendly and confident dog. One who Rosie can have a little fun with, won’t bully her but when she gets scared, she can go to for reassurance – along with her owners obviously. We dont feel Rosie is right for a home with a busy lifestyle, or where there are a lot of visitors, or changing environment. She’s not ready for too much just yet. She’s not one for a first time dog owner too – she needs someone who can read the signals she’s sending you, and will adjust to help her. Is that you or someone you know?
