I came back with the newest guest. We spayed him and now he is starting to stop with the irrigating . He can stay put for a few seconds… No one was looking for him so we got a Jack Russel present I found Russell literally in the middle of the road. I was on the phone with a friend, saw him from the praxis window sitting in a road junction looking after cars. I looked to see which dog it was because there are a few around the praxis that keep coming. They belong to someone but they just let them on the streets. I realised I haven't seen him before and I was convinced he was lost, so I threw my phone and ran in the street. I stopped two cars and carefully took him in my arms. I was afraid he would run towards the main street where he wouldn't have stood a chance. He didn't try to run, he didn't try to bite. I was convinced someone was going to start looking for him but to my astonishment that never happened. He has a mark around his neck so he was probably kept on a chain. Our hunch is that he probably ate some birds and they just threw him away… This is what they usually do here. He is still a bit shy but he is actually a very sweet doggy. He is looking for human company so he stays close to me when he is inside. If I get down to his level he tries to get in my lap and rubs against me like a cat. I'm sure his energy level will be a bit bigger than what he is showing now but for now he's not acting according to his terrier nature . He is playing but he is a bit cautious. He is curious about the cats, he goes and checks on them, I think he would like to play but for now he doesn't know what kind of dogs those are.
