Adopt Saga

Mixed Breed · Male

Saga What a beauty, no phone... no application, but such a lovely and problem-free dog age: hard to determine about 10 spayed, after mastectomy. Health status is currently very good. Signs of the past: some bald patches on the skin, slightly deformed jaw/teeth Saga is a very positive dog, likes activity, but you can't overdo it - because the girl is not the youngest. Loves water - swims well... and loves to catch spraying water. The girl is in the prime of her age, vaccinated, chipped. She is active and fit. Cheerful, has a thing for tug toys and retrieving. Still doesn't understand giving them back. I rather see her as an only dog, she doesn't cling to other dogs... she tolerates them as needed, but doesn't need the company of other dogs. Moreover, she will defend her bowl and tug toys from other dogs. Likes cats and tolerates them. Even completely unfamiliar ones don't affect her. She has lived all her life in a house - we won't put her outside! Need to be careful with her deformed nails and teeth... not all neglect from her previous "life" will we be able to reverse. ADOPTION PROCEDURE: 1. Completing the Application: Adoption Application 2. Meeting the dog and pre-adoption visit. In the case of Sagi, several meetings may be required. 3.

Saga O taką piękność, żadnego telefonu…żadnej ankiety a to takie przekochany i bezproblemowy pies wiek: trudno dokładnie określić ok.10 wykastrowana, po mastektomi. Koty lubi i toleruje. PROCEDURA ADOPCYJNA : 1. Wypełnienie Ankiety : Ankieta adopcyjna 2. Zapoznanie z psem i wizyta przedadopcyjna. W przypadku Sagi wymaganych może być kilka spotkań. 3. Podpisanie umowy i przekazanie psa Kontakt w sprawie Sagi – 506 952 182. Nadal będę prosiła o wypełnienie ankiety adopcyjnej. Gdybym nie odbierała, proszę o smsa: „w sprawie adopcji Sagi” – wtedy oddzwonię.

About Saga

What life with Saga looks like

Saga is a adult mixed breed dog waiting at Fundacja Jestem Głosem Tych Co Nie Mówią in Poland.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Saga, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Saga?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Fundacja Jestem Głosem Tych Co Nie Mówią handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Saga on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Saga if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Fundacja Jestem Głosem Tych Co Nie Mówią will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Saga already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Saga isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Fundacja Jestem Głosem Tych Co Nie Mówią early rather than rehoming privately; they know Saga and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
