The pretty Husky-Mix-female dog Salamanca could travel to her foster home and is looking forward to visits there. Unfortunately, she must leave the family urgently and is therefore searching for new people who can safely guide her through her dog life. Originally, Salamanca came from Bistrita, Romania. Take a breath: Bonita, Chase, Ximena, Brave, Varga, Spirit, Salamanca, Gustavo, Lea, and Lalo. 10 siblings, each sweeter than the last, lived in the public shelter there and were all searching for their own home. All were rescued from the same place where unfortunately often abandoned dogs are found. An isolated piece of land, outside the city. Our Salamanca knows how to pose and hopes to receive a request from you quickly. Salamanca is currently about 8 months old and was initially a bit shy. But when you give her attention and she realizes you mean her well, she warms up cautiously. She gets along well with her fellow animals. Playing with her siblings is the greatest. It is suspected that she is a mixed breed of a Husky and a German Shepherd. So, definitely a demanding mix that not only needs physical but also mental stimulation. When fully grown, Salamanca is expected to reach a medium size of around 55 cm. She is rather delicate. As a German Shepherd-Husky mix, Salamanca is very people-oriented, eager to learn, and clingy. She also takes on the role of the watchful one. German Shepherds are among the most loyal, people-oriented dog breeds. She is a sporty, intelligent dog. She would likely be enthusiastic about various dog sports, such as agility or mantrailing. Sniffing work is generally very popular. A visit to a dog training class that works with positive reinforcement is also recommended to give Salamanca the best start in her new life in a human household and to learn the basics of dog ABC. In a dog training class, she can play with fellow dogs under supervision, gain positive experiences, and train with her human in a relaxed atmosphere. This not only makes for fun but also strengthens the bond between dog and human. A prey drive cannot be ruled out. Salamanca is looking for people who don't expect anything from her at first and show her how a normal dog life works. She is still a young dog and has a lot to learn. She is looking forward to her new life with beautiful walks in nature, many cuddle hours, and also a visit to the puppy or young dog school. In the first year of life, puppies should be as little alone as possible. Additionally, the exciting puberty phase is approaching. The hormone chaos turns the lives of young dogs upside down. They often forget everything they have learned. Therefore, it is especially important in this phase to consistently – but lovingly – train. The wonderful Salamanca is microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. She brings her EU pet passport and can be adopted. Will you give your heart to the pretty Salamanca? Die hübsche Husky-Mix-Hündin Salamanca konnte in ihre Pflegestelle reisen und freut sich dort über Besuch. Leider muss sie dringend aus der Familie raus und sucht daher neue Menschen, die die sensible Hündin sicher durch ihr Hundeleben führen. Ursprünglich kommt Salamanca aus Bistrita, Rumänien. Einmal kurz Luft holen: Bonita, Chase, Ximena, Brave, Varga, Spirit, Salamanca, Gustavo, Lea und Lalo. 10 Geschwister, eins süßer als das andere, lebten dort im öffentlichen Shelter und waren alle auf der Suche nach einem eigenen Zuhause. Alle wurden vom selben Ort gerettet, an dem sich leider öfter ausgesetzte Hunde befinden. Ein abgelegenes Grundstück, außerhalb der Stadt. Unsere Salamanca weiß sich in Pose zu setzen und hofft so, schnell eine Anfrage von dir zu erhalten. Salamanca ist aktuell etwa 8 Monate alt und anfangs noch etwas schüchtern. Aber wenn man sich ihr widmet und sie merkt, dass man es gut mit ihr meint, taut sie vorsichtig auf. Sie versteht sich gut mit ihren Artgenossen. Toben mit ihren Geschwistern ist das Größte sie. Man vermutet, dass sie ein Mischling aus einem Husky und einem Schäferhund sein könnte. Also sicher ein anspruchsvoller Mix, den man nicht nur körperlich sondern auch geistig gut auslasten muss. Ausgewachsen wird Salamanca vermutlich mal eine gute mittlere Größe von ca. 55 erreichen. Sie ist eher zart gebaut. Als Schäfi-Husky-Mix ist Salamanca sehr menschenbezogen, lernwillig und anhänglich. Sie übernimmt auch gerne die Aufgabe der Wächterin. Schäferhunde gehören zu den treuesten, menschenbezogensten Hunderassen. Sie ist ein sportlicher, intelligenter Hund. Vermutlich würde sie sich für alle möglichen Hundesportarten begeistern lassen, wie z.B. Agility oder Mantrailing. Nasenarbeit ist grundsätzlich sehr beliebt. Auch der Besuch einer mit positiver Verstärkung arbeitenden Hundeschule ist ratsam, um Salamanca einen bestmöglichen Start ins unbekannte neue Leben in einem menschlichen Haushalt und das Lernen des Hunde-ABCs zu ermöglichen. In einer Hundeschule kann sie unter Aufsicht mit Fellkumpels herumtollen, positive Erfahrungen sammeln und gemeinsam mit ihrem Menschen in lockerer Atmosphäre trainieren. Das macht nicht nur Spaß, sondern stärkt auch die Bindung zwischen Hund und Mensch. Ein Jagdtrieb kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Salamanca sucht Menschen, die erstmal nichts von ihr erwarten und ihr zeigen, wie ein normales Hundeleben funktioniert. Sie ist noch ein junger Hund und muss noch viel lernen. Sie freut sich schon auf ihr neues Leben mit schönen Spaziergängen in der Natur, vielen Schmusestunden und auch auf einen Besuch in der Welpen- oder Junghundschule. Im ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen so wenig wie möglich alleine sein. Außerdem steht die eher aufregende Pubertätszeit bevor. Das Hormonchaos stellt das Leben der Junghunde auf den Kopf. Sie “vergessen” oft alles, was sie bisher gelernt haben. Daher ist es in dieser Phase besonders wichtig, konsequent – aber liebevoll – zu erziehen. Die tolle Salamanca ist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht.
