TOBY was his whole life confined in a tiny cage and served as an alarm system. As he grew older and calmer, and a modern surveillance system was purchased, TOBY was no longer useful and was supposed to be removed. So he ended up at the small animal shelter in Jumilla, where he can hardly believe his luck. TOBY is a heartwarming, super loving, and clingy guy. He gets along great with the other dogs, is just blossoming again, and enjoys every moment to the fullest. He also gets along well with children, although he hasn’t been tested with cats. When it was very cold, he spent a few days with a foster family, and that was heaven for him. He loved his soft dog bed, and you had to wake up the happily-slept-through boy for a walk, but then he joyfully went along and did surprisingly well on the leash. All our dogs are microchipped, vaccinated, tested for Mediterranean diseases, dewormed/treated for fleas, and rehomed with an EU pet passport, and are neutered at the appropriate age.

Toby war sein Leben lang in einem winzigen Zwinger eingesperrt und diente als Alarmanlage. Als er nun älter und ruhiger wurde und man sich eine moderne Überwachungsanlage kaufte, war Toby nicht mehr nützlich und sollte weg. So ist er in dem kleinen Tierheim von Jumilla gelandet und kann sein Glück kaum fassen.Toby ist ein herzensguter, super lieber und anhänglicher Kerl. Er versteht sich prima mit den anderen Hunden, blüht gerade nochmal so richtig auf und genießt jede Sekunde in vollen Zügen. Auch mit Kindern kommt er prima klar, mit Katzen wurde er bisher noch nicht getestet.Als es so kalt war verbrachte er ein paar Tage bei einer Pflegefamilie und das war für ihn der Himmel auf Erden. Er liebte sein weiches Körbchen und zum Gassi gehen musste man den glücklich-verschlafenen Buben erstmal wecken ? Dann aber tapst er freudig mit und geht hierbei auch erstaunlich gut an der Leine. Alle unsere Hunde werden gechipt, geimpft, auf Mittelmeerkrankheiten getestet sowie entwurmt/entfloht mit EU-Heimtierausweis vermittelt, und mit entsprechendem Alter kastriert.
