Saphira Animal ID: 1087 At the animal shelter since 3/13/2026 Saphira is a very loving, calm, and very people-oriented cat who enjoys the closeness of her humans above all else. Extensive petting is essential for her to have a successful day and she also gets along well with small children. Saphira has already had a lot behind her. She came to us when her kittens were already twelve weeks old - and at that time she was already pregnant again. Thus, the upbringing of a litter was followed directly by the next round as a cat mom. A long and exhausting time, in which everything revolved around her offspring. In the meantime, all her kittens have been placed and Saphira has been spayed. So the young lady wants to finally leave the chapter "being a mother" behind and be the center of attention herself. After this long time full of responsibility, she wants her own home, where she can be pampered, come to rest, and get all the attention she had to share with her kittens so often. Saphira would rather not share her home with other cats. Therefore, we are looking for a place for her as a single cat, where she can be a princess and have her humans for herself. After her acclimation period, she will likely want to go outside. Anyone who wants to give a home to a cuddly, calm, and very people-oriented cat could find Saphira to be the right new companion.

Saphira Tier-ID: 1087 Im Tierheim seit 13.03.2026 Saphira ist eine ausgesprochen liebe, ruhige und sehr menschenbezogene Katze, die die Nähe ihrer Menschen über alles genießt. Ausgiebige Streicheleinheiten gehören für sie unbedingt zu einem gelungenen Tag und auch mit kleinen Kindern kommt sie gut zurecht. Dabei hat Saphira bereits einiges hinter sich. Sie kam zu uns, als ihre damaligen Kitten bereits zwölf Wochen alt waren – und war zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon wieder hochtragend. Somit folgte auf die Aufzucht eines Wurfes direkt die nächste Runde als Katzenmama. Eine lange und kräftezehrende Zeit, in der sich bei Saphira vieles um ihren Nachwuchs drehte. Inzwischen sind ihre Kitten allesamt vermittelt und Saphira wurde kastriert. So möchte die junge Dame das Kapitel „Mutter sein“ endgültig hinter sich lassen und selbst einmal im Mittelpunkt stehen. Nach dieser langen Zeit voller Verantwortung wünscht sie sich ihr eigenes Zuhause, in dem sie verwöhnt wird, zur Ruhe kommen darf und all die Aufmerksamkeit bekommt, die sie bisher so oft mit ihren Kitten teilen musste. Mit anderen Katzen möchte Saphira ihr Zuhause eher nicht teilen. Deshalb suchen wir für sie einen Platz als Einzelkatze, an dem sie ganz Prinzessin sein darf und ihre Menschen für sich hat. Nach ihrer Eingewöhnungszeit wird sie sich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit Freigang wünschen.
