Schnell haben wir gemerkt, dass die beiden Hunde dringend Hilfe benötigen, denn sie waren krank und in keinem guten gesundheitlichen Zustand. Wesen Sara musste längere Zeit in einer Tierklinik behandelt und umfangreich untersucht werden, da sie unter starkem, einseitigem Nasenausfluss litt. Nach ausführlicher Diagnostik, unter anderem einem CT, konnte festgestellt werden, dass ein Keim dafür verantwortlich ist, der leider nicht gut auf Antibiotika anspricht. Mittlerweile ist der Nasenausfluss deutlich besser geworden. Ganz verschwinden wird er vermutlich jedoch nicht. Damit möchten wir offen und ehrlich umgehen – Sara soll Menschen finden, die sie so annehmen, wie sie ist. Denn Sara hat trotz allem so viel zu geben. Sie ist eine ruhige, liebe und sanfte Hundedame, die einfach nur ihre letzten bzw. nächsten schönen Jahre in Geborgenheit verbringen möchte. Sie ist außerdem verträglich mit anderen Hunden. Für Sara wünschen wir uns ein ruhiges Zuhause in ländlicher oder entsprechend ruhiger Lage, idealerweise mit einem sicher eingezäunten Garten. Ein Ort, an dem sie keinen großen Trubel mehr haben muss und einfach Hund sein darf. Wir wünschen uns für Sara Menschen, die ihr Zeit, Liebe und Sicherheit schenken und ihr zeigen, dass das Leben auch noch schöne Seiten bereithält.
