Sarahita has already made good progress, she is very sweet to the people she sees daily because for them she is a true treasure. She prefers to keep an eye on strangers. She still maintains her beautiful but also strong character, which is why we do not place her in a family with children because you have to be able to read her during her more difficult moments. ORIGINAL TEXT: Sarahita was with her 2 kittens a few days old in the killing station in a cold cage without any form of rest, love and comfort, which a newly born mother needs so much. She was completely upset and fought with everything she had to protect her kittens, not knowing that she was going to move to a better place. She lost her 2 daughters not for a second, she now starts to trust her regular caregivers, but trust in humans in general is still far to seek. Our mother has a backpack full that will have to be unloaded slowly, by a family that can give her the time and space for this.

UPDATE 23-02-2026 Sarahita heeft al een goede vooruitgang geboekt, ze is heel lief tegenover de mensen die ze dagelijks ziet want voor hun is ze een ware schat. Ten opzichte van onbekenden kijkt ze liever de kat uit de boom. Ze blijft echter haar mooie maar ook sterk karakter behouden waardoor we haar niet plaatsen in een gezin met kinderen want je moet haar wel kunnen lezen tijdens haar moeilijkere momenten. ORIGINELE TEKST: Sarahita zat met haar 2 kittens van enkele dagen oud in het dodingstation in een kille kooi zonder enige vorm van rust, liefde en comfort, wat een pas bevallen moedertje nochtans zo nodig heeft. Ze was compleet van streek en vocht met alles wat ze in haar had om haar kittens te beschermen, niet wetende dat ze naar een beter plek ging verhuizen. Haar 2 dochters verloor ze geen seconde uit het oog, haar vaste verzorgers begint ze nu te vertrouwen, maar vertrouwen in de mens in het algemeen is nog ver te zoeken. Ons moedertje heeft een rugzakje vol dat traag zal uitgeladen moeten worden, door een familie die haar de tijd en ruimte hiervoor kan geven.
