Hi everyone, I'm Sasha, a Mechelse lady around 6 years old. I've been at the Streekdierentehuis het Julialaantje for longer than a year. For my first 4 years they don't know anything... I was found on the street. But I came in with very long nails and very little muscle, and I wasn't used to anything. With a lot of patience and love, I've become quite used to things now, but I still don't really know what to do with dogs 🤷‍♀️. That's why I'm also wearing a muzzle, which I don't mind at all. But even though they're nice here... I'm still looking for an own owner where I can go further nicely. I'm looking for someone who has a lot of time and patience for me, and also knows something about my breed. I like sniffing, but also long walks through the forest are lovely. I have tons of energy and am quite hyperactive, so you need to radiate calmness yourself, otherwise we'll be bouncing around the street 🫨. I'm starting to discover how nice cuddles are, and I'm asking for them now. I already know some basic commands, but I'm happy to learn more. Are you someone who would like to work with me, also likes walking and has a lot of time for me, then please contact the Streekdierentehuis 't Julialaantje.

Hoi allemaal, ik ben Sasha, een Mechelse dame van ongeveer 6 jaar oud. Ik zit nu langer dan 1 jaar in het Streekdierentehuis het Julialaantje. Van mijn eerste 4 jaar weten ze niks…ik ben op straat gevonden. Maar ik kwam binnen met hele lange nagels en heel weinig spieren, en ik was niks gewend. Met heel veel geduld en liefde ben ik nu al aardig wat gewend, maar van honden weet ik nog niet zo goed wat ik daar mee aanmoet🤷‍♀️. Daarom draag ik nu ook een muilkorf, wat ik verder helemaal niet erg vind hoor. Maar ook al zijn ze hier best lief enzo…ik ben toch op zoek naar een eigen baasje waar ik lekker verder mee aan de slag kan. Ik zoek iemand die heel veel tijd en geduld met me heeft, en ook wel verstand van mijn ras heeft. Speuren vind ik heel leuk, maar ook lange wandelingen door het bos vind ik heerlijk. Ik heb mega veel energie en ben best hyperdepyper, dus je moet zelf wel rust uitstralen, anders gaan we samen stuiterend over straat🫨. Ik begin te ontdekken hoe fijn knuffels zijn, en vraag daar nu ook om. Ik ken al wel wat basis commando's, maar leer graag nog meer.
