Schäferhund-Mix Preston German Shepherd mix, male/neutered, born in 2020, taken in from Partner shelter...Schäferhundfreunde. Here he is called Preston or affectionately named "Toni." The handsome German Shepherd (mix) in special color came to us recently from our Spanish partner shelter. He was born around 2020. Toni is simply typical of a German Shepherd. He is extremely eager to learn, wants to please, is attentive, and wants to do something. He would rather be busy all day. His young age also contributes to his high energy, as the guy practically has bees in his bonnet. He is generally compatible depending on the person, but in his home, he would rather have all the attention. Due to his high work ethic, which cannot be adequately addressed in the shelter, he is becoming increasingly frustrated. He can become forward with both strangers and familiar people without an "obvious" reason. Currently, he only walks with a muzzle and after being walked by someone he knows. Toni is looking for people who already have experience with dogs and are willing to train with him. He should learn to give control and have regulated quiet phases in everyday life. At his core, Toni is a truly loyal travel companion, but he must be adequately stimulated. The young German Shepherd is therefore only suitable for "athletic" people who like to be on the go. Schäferhund-Mix Preston Schäferhund-Mischling, männlich/kastriert, geboren in 2020, Übernahme aus Partnertierheim…Schäferhundfreunde aufgepasst, hier kommt Preston oder aber auch liebevoll „Toni“ genannt.Der hübsche Schäferhund (Mix) in Sonderfarbe kam vor kurzem aus unserem spanischen Partnertierheim zu uns. Er ist circa in 2020 geboren.Toni ist kurzgefasst einfach typisch Schäfi. Er ist extrem lernwillig, will gefallen, ist aufmerksam und möchte etwas tun. Am liebsten würde er den ganzen Tag beschäftigt werden. Auch sein junges Alter trägt dazu bei, dass der Kerl regelrecht Hummeln im Hintern hat.Er ist je nach Sympathie verträglich, in seinem Zuhause hätte er aber lieber allein die volle Aufmerksamkeit. Aufgrund seiner teils sehr stürmischen und ungeldigen Art sollten seine Menschen standfest sein und ihn zur Ruhe bringen können.Update Dezember 2022:Toni ist nun schon eine Weile bei uns und kommt mit der Tierheimsituation leider nicht gut zurecht. Durch seine hohe Arbeitswilligkeit, der im Tierheim so nicht gerecht werden kann, ist er zusehendens frustriert.Es kommt zu Situationen wo er sowohl bei fremden als auch bei bekannten Personen ohne „offentsichtlichen“ Grund nach vorne geht. Aktuell geht er nur mit Maulkorb und nach betreutem Kennenlernen Gassi.Toni sucht Menschen, die schon Erfahrung mit Hunden haben und bereit sind, mit ihm zu üben. Er sollte lernen, Kontrolle abzugeben und geregelte Ruhephasen im Alltag haben.Im Kern ist Toni ein wirklich treuer Wegbegleiter, er muss aber entsprechend ausgelastet werden. Der junge Schäferhund ist also nur etwas für „sportliche“ Menschen, die gerne unterwegs sind. Kinder, Katzen oder Kleintiere sollten lieber nicht im Haushalt leben.
