Today, he is slowly regaining strength, though he still struggles to gain weight despite his excellent appetite (he is quite food-motivated!). He needs an attentive, patient, and caring family who will continue his medical follow-up and provide the stability he deserves. He is also a very powerful dog due to his size, so he needs adopters capable of handling him physically and providing a consistent, reassuring environment. Dog and cat compatibility tests not performed. Shelby wants nothing more than to turn the page and finally discover what it means to be loved, respected and protected.
