We are looking for a new home for our female dog Shiva. She is a friendly and cuddly mixed breed (Stafford-Dachshund), born in June 2020. This is Shiva: • She is a true late sleeper and loves to snuggle up under the covers. • Physical contact is very important to her – she enjoys being close to her people. • She doesn't particularly like walks in the rain, but she enjoys her walks when the weather is nice. • She generally gets along well with other dogs but feels uncomfortable when there are several dogs at once. • She has a strong prey drive, so a home without small animals is ideal. • Shiva did not grow up with children and cannot handle fast, hectic movements – a child-free household is therefore necessary. • Visits from unfamiliar people can be problematic for her, as she feels insecure and can react with stress. • She enjoys car rides and is also used to riding in a cargo bike. She also likes to run alongside a bicycle. We wish for Shiva: A loving, quiet home with dog-experienced people who can provide her with security and understand her insecurities. A household without children, with few visitors, and plenty of activities would be ideal. The new owners should also have experience in dealing with her prey drive. Wir suchen ein neues Zuhause für unsere Hündin Shiva. Sie ist ein freundlicher und verschmuster Mischling (Stafford-Dackel), geboren im Juni 2020. Das ist Shiva: • Sie ist ein echter Langschläfer und kuschelt sich am liebsten unter der Decke ein. • Körperkontakt ist ihr sehr wichtig – sie sucht gerne die Nähe ihrer Menschen. • Spaziergänge bei Regen mag sie nicht besonders, bei schönem Wetter genießt sie jedoch ihre Gassirunden. • Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich in der Regel gut, fühlt sich aber unwohl, wenn mehrere Hunde gleichzeitig dabei sind. • Sie hat einen ausgeprägten Jagdtrieb, daher ist ein Zuhause ohne Kleintiere ideal. • Shiva ist nicht mit Kindern aufgewachsen und kommt mit schnellen, hektischen Bewegungen nicht zurecht – ein kinderfreier Haushalt ist daher notwendig. • Besuch von fremden Menschen ist für sie oft problematisch, da sie sich unsicher fühlt und gestresst reagieren kann. • Autofahren macht ihr Spaß, und sie ist auch an Fahrten im Lastenfahrrad gewöhnt. Am Fahrrad läuft sie ebenfalls gerne mit. Wir wünschen uns für Shiva: Ein liebevolles, ruhiges Zuhause bei hundeerfahrenen Menschen, die ihr Sicherheit geben und Verständnis für ihre Unsicherheiten haben.
