Sinaii

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 3 months

adoption requirements adoption process Adopt this animal now! adoption requirements adoption process Sinaii has found her forever home! Her story: Sinaii is a little furball who wants to conquer the world. She belongs to a quartet of dream siblings (Alexandria, Cairo, and Simbel), all white and black dreams. With her enchanting mane, Sinaii simply melts into a true dream princess. The story of her birth is also her rescue: A very poor woman in Zalau, who couldn't afford to feed the animals, asked our animal welfare workers on-site for help when her female dog gave birth to six puppies. Fortunately, we were able to take the puppies into our care and spare the mother further suffering through a spaying. Sinaii and her siblings were lucky to be brought to safety. Two other siblings were rehomed on-site. Currently, this sweet mouse measures about 33 cm and weighs 5 kg. She is expected to grow to a medium size when fully grown. Sinaii is a sweet, little pup who loves the company of humans and being right in the middle of the action. She is extremely social, playful, and shows the typical, irresistible puppy behavior: she is always curious and ready to explore and investigate everything. She is very food-oriented, which simplifies training, and already accepts a collar and leash, although some practice is still needed. Sinaii gets along very well with other dogs, but whether she does with cats, we don't know. Sinaii is just at the beginning of her exciting puppy life, and that means she is looking for people who are excited about the adventures of the puppy and teenage years. During the current puppy stage, the foundation for her entire life is being laid. She needs gentle, loving guidance to become house-trained and learn the dog ABCs, from staying alone step-by-step to basic commands. This also means occasional puddles and things to chew. The upcoming puberty, starting around 6 months, may challenge her people's patience at times, as boundaries are tested and commands are "forgotten." During this phase, she needs patience, consistency, empathy, and a secure bond to grow into a wonderful companion. Sinaii can soon travel to her new home and is looking for a family that knows she is not a finished product but a treasure that needs time, love, and training. Sinaii travels microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated to her new home and of course has her EU pet passport in her luggage. After a positive adoption, but also a foster home would be a great start to a happy future. Thank you, BR! You have given Sinaii her name and thus her identity. Status: 23.11.

Stand: 23.11.2025

About Sinaii

What life with Sinaii looks like

Sinaii is a puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. in München.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Sinaii, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Sinaii?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Sinaii on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Sinaii if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Sinaii already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Sinaii isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Sinaii and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
