Unser Malteser Rüde Sir James kam als Fundtier zu uns. Er wurde ca. 2024 geboren und wiegt aktuell 4,2 kg bei einer Schulterhöhe von 22 cm. Sir James ist ein sportlicher, aktiver Malteser, der gerne spielt und die Nähe seiner Bezugspersonen genießt. Er zeigt sich zutraulich, verschmust und verspielt. Fremden gegenüber ist er anfangs etwas schüchtern und braucht ein wenig Zeit, um Vertrauen zu fassen. Da Sir James vermutlich in seinem bisherigen Leben noch nicht viel lernen durfte, braucht er Menschen, die ihn geduldig und konsequent anleiten und ihm das Hunde ABC beibringen. Er ist sehr bellfreudig und kann dabei auch sehr laut werden. Besonders wenn er auf andere Hunde trifft oder sich überfordert fühlt, neigt er dazu, intensiv zu bellen. Hier benötigt er Menschen, die ihm Sicherheit vermitteln, ihn verständnisvoll begleiten und ihn dabei unterstützen, souveräner mit neuen Situationen umzugehen. Für Sir James wünschen wir uns ein aktives, geduldiges Zuhause, das ihm mit liebevoller Konsequenz die nötige Orientierung gibt und ihm die Chance schenkt, Schritt für Schritt die Welt zu entdecken. Sein Fell benötigt regelmäßige Pflege und sollte gründlich gebürstet werden, um Verfilzungen vorzubeugen. Zudem sind regelmäßige Fellkorrekturen bzw.
