Female 3 Years old Small to medium She was rescued by Melissa after she saw her in a field. Skye had recently given birth to three puppies, Roman, Rosie and Reina (also in our care Skye definitely used to be a pet. She is good with people, well balanced and gentle Our team met her in August 2026, and they said: Now living happily in a foster home with other dogs, Skye has shown just how beautifully balanced she is. She isn’t overly energetic, but she isn’t particularly quiet either – she has just the right amount of energy for a medium-active home She is affectionate, gentle and wonderfully people-focused. When we brushed her, she was so relaxed and content that she actually fell asleep! It’s impossible not to fall for a girl like Skye She is fantastic with other dogs and incredibly patient with puppies. She is also friendly with chickens, children, humans and strangers, making her a wonderfully easy-going girl who can fit into family life Skye would love a home where she can enjoy walks, companionship and plenty of affection, while also having a nice, peaceful place to relax. After everything she has been through, Skye deserves to be someone’s special girl. She is the kind of dog who simply makes life better — gentle, affectionate, sociable and beautifully balanced.
