Sonia is extremely sociable and friendly. She came to us after the death of her caregiver. She is accustomed to living in a home, so the shelter environment has taken some getting used to. However, the little dog copes well with her surroundings and eagerly takes advantage of the supportive company of the dogs in the kennel (she lives with Gaba and Yogi) and humans on walks. Sonia loves hiking. She is happy when we enter the kennel, clip on the leash, and set off. On a walk, she is in constant contact with the person. She walks by the leg, looks at us from time to time, and when we crouch down, she comes over for pets. She is eager to explore new areas, sniffs around, looks around curiously, and from time to time shows her satisfaction by wagging her beautiful tail. She is friendly towards other dogs, and she really likes their presence. The little girl dog was certainly loved by her caregiver. She trusts humans and seeks contact. It would be wonderful if she didn't stay in the shelter for too long.

Sonia jest niezwykle kontaktowa i przyjazna. Trafiła do nas po śmierci opiekunki. Jest przyzwyczajona do warunków domowych, więc gwar schroniska onieśmielił ją nieco. Jednak sunia dzielnie radzi sobie z otoczeniem i skwapliwie korzysta z wspierającego towarzystwa psiego w boksie (mieszka z Gabą i Yogim) i ludzkiego na spacerach. Sonia uwielbia piesze wycieczki. Cieszy się, gdy wchodzimy do boksu, zapinamy smycz i ruszamy przed siebie. Na spacerze jest w stałym kontakcie z człowiekiem. Idzie przy nodze, spogląda na nas od czasu do czasu, a gdy przykucniemy, podchodzi na głaski. Chętnie bada nowe tereny, węszy, rozgląda się ciekawie i od czasu do czasu okazuje swoje zadowolenie wachlując pięknym ogonem. Jest przyjacielska wobec innych psów, bardzo lubi ich obecność. Psia dziewczynka z pewnością była kochana przez swoją opiekunkę. Ufa człowiekowi i dąży do kontaktu. Byłoby wspaniale, gdyby nie zabawiła w schronisku zbyt długo.
