Description: Sonny is a 3 year old green cheek conure. He is looking for a forever home, preferably with a primary female carer who is home alot of the day so he can be out of his cage as much as possible. He’s extremely cuddly and always wants to be centre of attention. He spends his days currently shoulder surfing and following you around the house. He can nip (like any conure) but this has subsided substantially since training, and interacting all day without being confined. He’s good with other birds around his own size and would benefit from companionship but not a requirement. He’s not very loud but does like to sing or talk to you. Sonny eats Johnson and jeff lean and fit seed mix, with fresh chop daily. His favorites are mashed potato (dairy free of course) fresh sweetcorn and mango, athough he will happily try anything, especially if its on your plate. Sonny loves a bowl of fresh warm water throughout the day so he can bathe himself. He prefers this over being sprayed. Sonny also loves to see his reflection in a mirror!
