EMMANUEL and ELIAS

Male · Baby

Meet Emmanuel and Elias - likely father (dove grey) and son - a very special bonded pair looking for their forever home. These boys came to us from an auction after being found on a selling site. They were understandably very nervous at first, but after just a few days in a calm, caring environment, they really began to blossom. Now they’re happy to take treats from your hand and have proven themselves to be absolute sweethearts. They love digging and exploring, and their favourite pastime is spinning away together in their wheel! Lots of love and attention (they deserve to be thoroughly spoilt!) They are currently at Justice for Gerbils Sanctuary in Stafford (ST16). Adoption is subject to a video call home check. Frequently asked

Adopting EMMANUEL and ELIAS, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about EMMANUEL and ELIAS?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw EMMANUEL and ELIAS on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt EMMANUEL and ELIAS if I live in another country?: Sometimes. Whether a bird can move between countries depends on the species and the rules in both countries, and some species need permits or have restrictions. Ask RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch what paperwork and transport they require, and check the import rules of your country before you commit.
Is EMMANUEL and ELIAS already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: What a bird comes with (vet checks, vaccinations, identification, paperwork) varies by shelter and species. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch directly what is included and what EMMANUEL and ELIAS still needs.
What happens if EMMANUEL and ELIAS isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch early rather than rehoming privately; they know EMMANUEL and ELIAS and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
