Very affectionate, she needs to feel close to her master. Indoors, she can be reactive and may want to nip at the calves if she feels trapped in a small space. Once reassured, she is a joyful and lively dog. Outdoors, she is used to walking on a leash or long line because after a bad experience with a jogger her owners no longer dare to let her go. Tiya has made a lot of progress. She reacts to joggers and bicycles, but if she plays, she forgets about them. She needs a framework to be occupied or to wander during a walk. She knows how to stay alone at home, knows the cage, adapts to different environments and knows how to travel by car. Stories: Following the arrival of the baby, Tiya's first owners had less time to devote to her and Tiya developed anxiety due to a lack of activity, but also a lack of discipline. Très affectueuse, elle a besoin de se sentir proche de son maître. En intérieur, elle peut se montrer réactive et peut vouloir pincer aux mollets, si elle se sent coincée dans un espace réduit. Une fois rassurée, c'est une chienne joyeuse et pleine de vie. En extérieur, elle est habituée à la sortie en laisse ou en longe car suite à une mauvaise expérience avec un joggeur ses maîtres n’osent plus la lâcher Tiya a fait beaucoup de progrès,. Elle réagit aux joggeurs et aux vélos, mais si elle joue, elle les oublie. elle a besoin d’un cadre d’être occupée ou flâner pendant une balade.. Elle sait rester seule à la maison, connaît la cage, s’adapte aux différents environnements et sait voyager en voiture. Histoiresuite à l’arrivé du bébé les premiers propriétaires de Tiya avaient moins de temps a lui accorder et Tiya a développé de l’anxiété due à un manque d’activité, mais aussi à un manque de rigueur. Prise en charge par l’association elle a été placée chez une personne qui n’a pas su être suffisamment constante, elle cherche donc une nouvelle famille. Foyer recherchéTiya aura besoin d’une famille si possible sans enfant, un référent qui ait de bonnes connaissances en éducation canine et qui soit clair et rigoureux. Un environnement calme et stable est indispensable. BLC travaille avec un questionnaire, une visite à domicile et un contrat d’adoption. BorderlineCollie est une association sans but lucratif.
