She was found in the woods with her siblings in terrible circumstances—packed in a tied-up sack, left to die. The tragedy struck her siblings hard: one was already dead, another died at the vet, and a third succumbed to parvovirus later. Five brave siblings survived, and this pretty girl is one of them. Despite her traumatic past, Strubbeline has developed into a loving, friendly, and relatively calm character. She cherishes human company above all, loves being stroked, and is happiest when she’s right in the middle of the action. She gets along well with other dogs. Her compatibility with cats has not yet been tested. Strubbeline is still a baby and has a lot to learn. Puppies should ideally not be left alone for long periods in their first year. House training and puppy-1×1 are not something she was born with, but must be learned piece by piece. Patience and consistent training, as well as a puppy school, will help. Soon, Strubbeline will enter puberty, a phase where young dogs learn a lot and develop, but can also become small to medium-sized nervous wrecks. Patience and love are needed here as well. Ihre Geschichte: Strubbeline ist eine echte Überlebenskünstlerin. Sie wurde unter schrecklichen Umständen zusammen mit ihren Geschwistern im Wald gefunden – in einem zugebundenen Sack, zurückgelassen, um zu sterben. Die Tragödie ereilte ihre Geschwister schwer: Einer war bereits tot, ein weiterer verstarb beim Tierarzt und ein dritter erlag später dem Parvovirus. Fünf tapfere Geschwister haben überlebt, und dieses hübsche Mädchen ist eine von ihnen. Trotz dieser traumatischen Vorgeschichte hat sich Strubbeline zu einem durch und durch lieben, freundlichen und relativ ruhigen Charakter entwickelt. Sie genießt menschliche Nähe über alles, liebt es, gestreichelt zu werden und ist am liebsten mittendrin statt nur dabei. Mit anderen Hunden ist sie bestens verträglich. Ihre Verträglichkeit mit Katzen wurde bisher nicht getestet. Strubbeline ist noch ein Baby und muss noch viel lernen. Im ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen möglichst wenig alleine bleiben. Stubenreinheit und das Hunde-1×1 sind ihr ebenfalls nicht in die Wiege gelegt worden, sondern müssen Stück für Stück gelernt werden. Dabei hilft viel Geduld und eine konsequente Erziehung, aber auch der Besuch einer Welpenschule. Schon bald wird Strubbeline in die Pubertät kommen, eine Phase, in der junge Hunde viel lernen und sich entwickeln, aber auch gleichzeitig zu kleinen bis mittelgroßen Nervensägen werden können. Auch hier ist viel Geduld und Liebe gefragt. Zurzeit hat Strubbeline eine Größe von 30 cm und wiegt 4 kg. Sie ist die Kleinste des Wurfes. Voraussichtlich wird sie mittelgroß werden.
