I am Syliess, a gentle, content giant with a big heart. I love people, I am cuddly, and very people-oriented – that’s why, despite all the efforts of my team, I am very unhappy in the animal shelter. I simply miss the close proximity to people. Would you like to know more about me? As already said: I am a very pleasant canine housemate. I prefer a quiet and organized environment – as long as it’s spacious and close to you. Whether I can also be alone sometimes, we still need to test and practice patience. I’m not always the most elegant on the leash – I sometimes pull a bit, which you should be able to handle. Because I am a big guy. I wish for a home that appreciates and loves a loyal dog. Fewer stairs would be important for me. Some dog experience would be good (I can be quite stubborn), but I am not a difficult case. I do not like children at all. Depending on the chemistry, I might also be suitable for a home with only a dog – we would need to test that. I would like a home with a garden, then I can take good care of my home – as long as it’s barrier-free (flat or with an elevator), because I am not the most nimble type. Dog experience and some understanding would be very helpful. Ich bin Syliess ein sanfter, genügsamer Riese mit großem Herzen. Ich liebe Menschen, bin verschmust und sehr menschenbezogen – deshalb auch trotz aller Mühe meines Teams sehr unglücklich im Tierheim. Mir fehlt einfach die enge Nähe zu Menschen. Möchtest du mehr über mich erfahren? Wie schon gesagt: Ich bin ein sehr angenehmer tierischer Mitbewohner. Ich mags eher ruhig und übersichtlich – Hauptsache viel mit dabei und in deiner Nähe. Ob ich auch mal allein bleiben kann, müssten wir noch austesten und bei Bedarf geduldig üben. An der Leine laufe ich noch nicht immer besonders elegant – ich ziehe zwischendurch mal kräftig, was man wissen und händeln können sollte. Denn ich bin halt ein großer Kerl. Ich wünsche mir ein Zuhause, das einen großen treuen Hund zu schätzen und zu lieben weiß. Möglichst wenig Stufen wäre wichtig für mich. Etwas Hundeerfahrung wäre gut (ich kann ganz schön stur sein), aber ich bin kein schwerer Fall. Kinder mag ich leider gar nicht. Je nach Sympathie kann ich eventuell auch zu einem Ersthund ziehen – das müssten wir testen. Ich möchte Haus mit Garten, dann kann ich gut auf mein Zuhause aufpassen – Hauptsache barrierefrei (also ebenerdig oder mit Fahrstuhl), denn ich bin nicht der handlichste Typ. Hundeverständnis und etwas Erfahrung wären auf jeden Fall hilfreich.
