Tango comes from a large cat colony where a large number of cats were captured after the woman who had been feeding them passed away. As a result, he hasn’t had much human contact and is therefore very fearful and cautious. It’s difficult to say much about Tango’s personality, as he hasn’t shown himself much in the foster home—he’s mostly stayed hidden and has been most active at night. However, it seems that he’s a kind and calm fellow. Since he’s done well living with several other cats both in the foster home and previously, he’ll likely continue to want to live with at least one other feline companion in his future home. He’s clearly demonstrated that other cats provide him with a sense of security, so he could certainly thrive living with a number of other cats. Tango was previously an outdoor cat but has lived as an indoor cat in the foster home. Due to his social needs, it’s not appropriate for Tango to become an outdoor cat until he’s fully settled and feels secure in his new home. Therefore, for now, he’d like to remain an indoor cat. Tango would like to move to a quiet home without small children—one that can offer him plenty of patience, love, and understanding, as he needs time to fully blossom. Tango kommer från en stor kattkolloni där ett stort antal katter fångades in efter att en kvinna som matat dom gått bort. Han har därför inte haft så mycket mänsklig kontakt och är därför väldigt rädd och försiktig. Det är svårt att säga så mycket om Tangos personlighet då han inte har visat sig så mycket i jourhem utan gömt sig mycket och varit aktiv om nätterna. Men det verkar som att han är en snäll och lugn kille. Då han både i jourhem och tidigare bott med flertalet andra katter och trivts bra med detta så kommer han i sitt framtida hem fortsätta vilja bo med minst en annan kattkompis. Han har visat tydligt att andra katter verkligen är hans trygghet så han skulle säkerligen kunna bo med ett antal andra katter. Tango har tidigare varit utekatt men bott som innekatt i jourhem. På grund av hans sociala tillstånd är det inte aktuellt för Tango att bli utekatt förrän han blivit trygg i sitt nya hem. Han vill därför i första taget bli innekatt. Tango vill flytta till ett lugnt hem utan små barn och som kan ge honom mycket tålamod, kärlek och förståelse för att han behöver ta sin tid för att kunna blomma ut. Inkom i jourhem 2026-05-29
