*Still Undergoing Assessment* Teddy earned his name because he really does resemble a little teddy bear. He is an 8 month old Cavachon, a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Bichon Frise. Teddy is a sweet boy who can be quite anxious and feels most comfortable when he's with people he knows and trusts. He forms strong bonds with his humans and would benefit from a home where someone is around for much of the day, as he does struggle with separation anxiety. Because of his sensitive nature, Teddy is looking for a calm and understanding home with dog-savvy children aged 12 and over. Loud noises and sudden movements can sometimes startle him, so a quieter environment would help him feel safe and secure. Teddy may be able to live with another dog, subject to a successful dog meet at the sanctuary. We look forward to sharing more about Teddy as his assessment continues.
