During our project trip in late August 2026, a visit to the Rescue of our partners Paola and Pierpaolo was naturally on the agenda. They had already announced that they wanted to introduce us to some new arrivals. Among them was the little Teo. The puppy had only arrived at the Rescue the day before our visit. He had been found: in a small box, simply left on the busy country road near Tissi. And that in the sweltering heat, in the blazing sun. Completely defenseless and without water. It was a huge stroke of luck that someone took pity on the little one, took him in and immediately tried to find help. So the little dog came to the Rescue, and as we could convince ourselves, he had already recovered from the ordeal and was romping around the office accordingly. Teo showed himself completely uninhibited, explored everything curiously and also enjoyed cuddling.As always, the Rescue is only a short stopover, because a real home cannot replace it. And for the further positive development it would be important that Teo can travel to Germany soon to find his dream home here for good, where he will be challenged and promoted in a family environment. Während unserer Projektreise Ende August 2026 stand natürlich auch der Besuch im Rescue unserer Partner Paola und Pierpaolo auf dem Plan. Sie hatten schon angekündigt, dass sie uns einige Neuzugänge vorstellen wollten.Dazu gehörte auch der kleine Teo. Das Hundebaby war erst am Tag vor unserem Besuch im Rescue angekommen. Man hatte ihn gefunden: In einer kleinen Box, einfach abgestellt an der viel befahrenen Landstraße bei Tissi. Und das bei brütender Hitze, in der prallen Sonne. Völlig schutzlos und ohne Wasser. Es war riesiges Glück, dass es jemanden gab, der sich erbarmte, den Kleinen mitnahm und sofort versuchte, Hilfe zu finden. So kam der kleine Hundebub ins Rescue, und wie wir uns selbst überzeugen konnten, hatte er sich schon von den Strapazen erholt und tobte entsprechend fröhlich durch das Büro. Teo zeigte sich völlig unbefangen, erkundete alles neugierig und genoss auch das Kuscheln.Wie immer soll das Rescue nur eine kurze Zwischenstation sein, denn ein richtiges Zuhause kann es nicht ersetzen. Und für die weitere positive Entwicklung wäre es wichtig, dass Teo bald nach Deutschland reisen kann, um hier sein Traumzuhause für immer zu finden, wo er in familiärem Umfeld gefordert und gefördert wird.
