Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211

Female · Senior · 14 years

Hello, my name is Böhni. I am currently at the animal shelter because it no longer fit due to a change in my old home's living situation. Before that, I lived with older people in a quiet setting – that is what I wish for in the future as well. I am looking for a quiet, rural home without children or other animals. I do not like chaos at all. Sometimes I am very clingy and cuddly, while at other times I want to be left alone – just as it suits me. At the vet, it was discovered that I have a heart murmur and my thyroid does not work properly. Therefore, I take a small tablet in the morning and evening, and I need regular blood tests. Additionally, there is an ultrasound of my heart scheduled to determine if I need medication for it. I am not looking for a typical end placement, but rather a loving foster home where I can spend my golden years. It is important to me that you accept me as I am and can offer me a secure balcony. My staff at the animal shelter would be happy to explain what that means and how you can support me. I am lucky and have been placed in a foster home!

Geboren : ca. 2012 Rasse : EHK Farbe : schildpatt Geschlecht: weiblich / kastriert

About Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211

What life with Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 looks like

Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 is a small senior cat waiting at Tierheim am Böhler in Unterkulm.

Senior cats are the gentlest house guests: predictable, mostly silent, and grateful for a sunny windowsill. Older cats often have minor dental or kidney issues — keep an eye on water intake and weight. Many sleep eighteen hours a day and want no part of any drama.

Frequently asked

Adopting Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierheim am Böhler handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierheim am Böhler will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierheim am Böhler early rather than rehoming privately; they know Tierheim Katze Böhni &#8211 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
