Timon, our little Dachshund suspect with the big heart and even bigger survival will, waits at animal rescuer Diana in Bistrița for his people. His start in life was anything but fair: he was hit and left lying. Fortunately, Timon was found in time and came to Diana, who immediately had him medically attended. His hind leg was operated on, and a defect in his mouth is currently being treated. Timon has learned to fight early on – and despite everything, he still retains his cheerful nature. This approximately five-month-old treasure is friendly, open, and people-oriented. He loves attention, enjoys closeness, and is delighted by every affection. He gets along super with other dogs and is social, playful, and uncomplicated. Even cats are fine with him. In short: Timon is a little sunbeam with Dachshund charm who simply wants to be loved. Since Timon is still young, he doesn't know family life yet. He still needs to learn the entire puppy ABC – and puberty is on the horizon for him. His future family should know that housebreaking, leash training, being alone, everyday noises, and rules are still new to him. During puberty, he – like all young dogs – will test boundaries and perhaps "forget" what he has learned. But with humor, patience, loving consequences, and working positively with dog training classes, Timon will develop into a loyal, grateful, and wonderful companion. Whether apartment or house: what's important is a home where you show him how wonderful life can be. His small physical quirks don't make him any less lively – they just make him even more lovable. Timon, unser kleiner Dackel-Verdachtskandidat mit dem großen Herzen und dem noch größeren Überlebenswillen, wartet bei Tierschützerin Diana in Bistrița auf seine Menschen. Sein Start ins Leben war alles andere als fair: Er wurde angefahren und einfach liegen gelassen. Zum Glück wurde Timon rechtzeitig gefunden und kam zu Diana, die ihn sofort medizinisch versorgen ließ. Seine Hinterpfote wurde operiert und auch ein Defekt im Maul wird derzeit behandelt. Timon hat schon früh gelernt, zu kämpfen – und hat trotz allem sein fröhliches Wesen behalten. Der etwa fünf Monate alte Schatz zeigt sich freundlich, offen und menschenbezogen. Er liebt Aufmerksamkeit, mag Nähe und freut sich über jede Zuwendung. Mit anderen Hunden versteht er sich super und zeigt sich sozial, verspielt und unkompliziert. Auch Katzen sind für ihn völlig in Ordnung. Kurz: Timon ist ein kleiner Sonnenschein mit Dackelcharme, der einfach nur geliebt werden möchte. Da Timon noch jung ist, kennt er das Leben in einer Familie bislang nicht. Er muss das gesamte Welpen-ABC noch lernen – und auch die Pubertät steht ihm bevor. Seine zukünftige Familie sollte wissen, dass Stubenreinheit, Leinenführung, alleine bleiben, Alltagsgeräusche und Regeln für ihn noch neu sind. In der Pubertät wird er – wie alle jungen Hunde – Grenzen testen und vielleicht schon Gelerntes wieder “vergessen”. Doch mit Humor, Geduld, liebevoller Konsequenz und einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule wird Timon sich zu einem treuen, dankbaren und wundervollen Begleiter entwickeln. Ob Wohnung oder Haus: Wichtig ist ein Zuhause, in dem man ihm zeigt, wie schön das Leben sein kann. Seine kleinen körperlichen Besonderheiten machen ihn nicht weniger lebensfroh – sie machen ihn nur noch liebenswerter.
